At The Car Guys, our customers are number one – always. That’s why everything we do is focused on providing excellent customer service and delivering low prices. Our hassle free return policy is made to keep your ease in mind. We are happy to help you in every possible way. Not 100% satisfied with your item? We will make it right.
To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know:
You have 14 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items in-store or by mail. Just mail us at email@example.com
Please note that all exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase:
- Original receipt must be provided for exchange/replacement.
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all price tags attached.
- Items must be unused and show no signs of damage.
- If any product which is to be returned is not currently in our stock, it might not be accepted back.
- Exchange/Replacement of products bought on the website can be catered at the physical store of The Car Guys.
- At the online store, we provide returns only. Your amount will be credited to your online wallet. You can use it to purchase any other product that you need.
No claims shall be entertained if,
- No claims will be accepted on products that have been previously replaced or exchanged.
- If a product is damaged by the consumer it will not be exchange/returned or replaced.
- Any product that comes back without receipt will be refused to be catered.
- Return request will not be catered if it is made outside the specified time frame
- Any item which shows signs of usage will not be accepted
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not be accepted
- Items that are returned without original packaging/user manual/warranty card and accessories will not be accepted.
- Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for replacement & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods
- Custom made or altered items. Any personalized products will not be exchanged or catered.
Received a damaged/incorrect or defective product? You don’t need to worry at all when you have made the purchase through your most trusted brand i.e. The Car Guys
As per company SOPs we request you to please contact us within 24 hours with proof of pictures. Our team will facilitate you in every way possible. We promise to facilitate you with a speedy exchange/refund/compensation to make up for the inconvenience
